Although I didn't buy a bike here, Doug was very helpful answering my questions and offering solutions. The shop sells used road, comfort, and mountain bikes. Prices are very reasonable for what you get.
Bike chain mechanism was slipping and they fixed it while i waited
I was looking at purchasing a new bike. Talked to the guy a few times on the phone and seemed like a decent and trustworthy guy... texted a few times also... sometimes a little hard to get a hold of but overall experience wasn't that bad at the beginning...The bike I was looking for finally became available with just a few in the area... this is where it all went south... called at least times and left messages....texted at least 3 times never ever ever heard a response.... not at all the type of guy I want to do business with.... takes one second to say not interested in doing business or whatever his case may have been... that experience to me is completely unacceptable in any business!!
