Very upset that this store would not exchange two books my son received as doubles. We do not live near here and celebrated this xmas a week after the real xmas. We were a few days outside of the return policy by the time we were in town and the store manager was very rude, refusing to just exchange the books for others. Now my son has a wasted present. Do not shop here.
