When someone enters this storefront you are overwhelmed with a rose stank. I love the smell of roses, but jeez! For those with asthma or COPD be forewarned - coughing fit ahead. Anyways, I brought items there to be altered a few pairs of pants and a skirt. It took 6 months, yes 6 months for them to finish. I was told they don't have many alteration experts on staff (my guess is that she doesn't pay enough and/or the working environment is hostile) and since winter formals was upon them they wouldn't have time until after Nov. 1. I called like the last week in Nov only to be told that I was wrong and that nothing would be done till Dec. Well December came and went no contact. In the second week of Jan is when I finally got my clothes. I was told I was sent a text about them, however, I did not leave a cell number with the clothes. On the ticket it stated after Nov 1st. I am a bit upset that I was lied to not to mention the wait. It cost 60+ to get 4 items altered (hemming and lowering a waistline). My impression money only matters here. They cater to the high dollar customers first. The sewing was adequate, but customer service was foul.
Wedding dress came in two months late and they charged me $250 on top of the expensive dress for alterations. And on top of the bridesmaid dress not being ready for simple alterations after three weeks! Not to mention my wedding is in twelve days.
Bought my bridal gown and bridesmaid gowns here and couldn't have been more happy!! Loved the service and family like atmosphere! Highly recommend.
The dress was beautiful but I would think someone working with brides excited for one of the happiest days of their lives would be more happy go lucky and excited to help them
I went here just the other day and said yes to the dress. I gave them my budget and they stuck to it. I also wasn't sure what kind of dress I wanted and they picked out good ones to try. They picked out a dress I would've never thought of and it was the one. Thank u!!
