Because there plus size in ladies they have ugly clothes just cause we are chubby doesn't mean we don't want to look nice they are outdated big ugly flowers. Come on I don't know who designs your clothes but either they don't care and just throw things together or have no taste. I you ever taken a short plus size ladies and dressed them try it or heck try me I bet you would sale a lot of plus size tops I bet you couldn't keep them on the hangers. Just listen to us. Thank you.
I love the "deals" here. Everyone is probably aware of this but the items are actually not worth what the "original" price is. JcPenny tried to make the MSRP of an item reflect what it was actually worth and people stopped buying their items because they thought it was low quality due to the low price. Kohl's is doing the same thing BUT instead are making the "original" price super high and then "slashing" the price to make it seem like a good deal. Overall this business practice does not bother me much since we pay what the item is worth in the end.. They have a huge selection of clothing, household items, toys, and many more things. The Kohl's app is also pretty cool and has a lot of deals.
A very busy place on this eve of Christmas Eve. The associates I came in contact with were also busy but VERY friendly and helpful. I had one helping me look for a certain size to exchange a gift. When it was evident it was not available in the store, I started toward customer service to see about what to do. The one helping me then chased me down and told me about exchanging via their kiosk. When it looked too complicated for me, they had another very helpful associate do the ordering for me, made it look so easy. Made me very happy this Christmas.

Well, there was a huge line line because of the no tax on clothes. So we went to the back with a couple of items that we had to the customer service department. We asked if she could ring them up. There was no one else in line. Before we have always been able to do that if we just had like one or two items. The lady argued with us her name was Lisa, about not being able to ring us up because then a whole bunch of other people would come back to the back. By the time that we got done arguing back and forth we could have been rung up. On the upside the lady up front who after we stood in line for a good 15 minutes,was very sweet and kind. It was an unfortunate thing as we shop there most of the time and spend thousands of dollars each year... very very disappointing visit to Kohl's today.
