We went without soft water for about a year to save that $30.44 per month, only to deal with hard water issues like rust and lime. Culligan provides an excellent delivery service for those heavy bags of salt, and we greatly appreciate soft water with laundry, showers, and day-to-day use. Val Monson
We are very happy with the service we have received from Culligan of Mason City. Leasing a water softener from them has been a wonderful experience. We do not have to worry about maintenance, upkeep, and salt. They take care of everything! They are also very responsive with any problems we have had and any questions we have needed answered! I highly recommend!

I would recommend Culligan of Mason City because of their great service and quick response to any problems. We have a well and their system works great and we have good quality water.
