Very disappointed in how they advertise sales and how they price their furniture. Six weeks ago i stopped to look at leather recliners. It was their 4th of july blow out sale. I priced three. All were 550.00. One was on clearance. One was an oversized chair and one was a stress reliever chair. I decided to wait to see if the prices go down. I returned two weeks later and they were having their best sale of the year! 50-80 percent! Wow! I looked at all three chairs. To my disappointment and surprise all three chairs were 200.00 higher than two weeks ago! Even the chair on clearance was higher! They were about 760.00. I decided to wait another two weeks. To my surprise the prices were another hundred dollars higher! Now about 880.00. Even the clearance chair! I thought a clearance chair would go down not up! I am looking forward to shopping the new Ashley store coming to the old KMart building. I have noticed their pricing in the past as well. They raise their prices on sales events. They could have sold that chair on clearance to me had the price not gone up. Watch their prices!

When I decided to write a review, I wanted to be clear that the people have always been kind and friendly. I wouldn't say honest though. One time I came in to by a chair and was never told I would be getting the floor model. In the end I returned it, but not for that reason. I returned it due to something not right about the reclining functions. Although, they should have told me it was a floor model. My most recent purchase was a bed. To be more specific a restonic queen set. I tried my mother-in-laws new bed and wanted one for myself. My husband and I were thinking it was time for a new set anyway. It has been the worst set I have ever purchased. I don't think it has anything to do with the brand either. I think Mcgregors sold us a low quality mattress set with a high mark-up to pass as a high quality mattress set. Something seemed off from the start. Of course we decided to give it a try and now we cannot return it for a full refund. My husband is going to call on Monday to see what they will do for us, if anything. Friendly service, low quality.
