The staff cares so much for each patient. They can't be everywhere all of the time but when they show up...so sweet
I recently moved a family member into Good Shepherd from Kentucky Ridge Assisted Living and was extremely impressed with the seamless transition. Little did I know that furniture and personal items would be moved for us at no fee! That was priceless.
