Nurse Kathy and Dr. Kuchay in the ER did a wonderful job of helping me and making sure I was okay. I am so grateful. And they treated me with the utmost respect. All of the nurses I saw were absolute sweethearts to me. Thank you so much. And thank you for all that you sacrifice for us patients.
Though I've always been treated well in the building, I've never felt so neglected by a business while outside of it. I sprained my ankle last Wednesday, and as of right now, I need information by 4pm faxed to my job or I am getting fired. I have tried for days to get ahold of my doctor, to no avail. I wish I could give this facility a rating of 0 stars. I am so displeased and so genuinely ticked off at this place. I need a few papers so I don't lose my job, and you can't even manage that.
Theres a young girl out here crying her hesrt out and they are just letting her set here and cry. She is hurting really bad. This place is pitiful.
Amazing! Thanks for EVERYTHING!!!!! Great doctors this hospital treats you like you're famous! Cancer center is Amazing! Well the surgeons and doctors I can't say enough good things about them!!!! This hospital is a 100 star hospital!!!!!!!
I was in the emergency room because I could hardly walk because of a sore hip. They let me sit there for over an hour before anyone even came in. Did an x-ray and put an IV in for pain. 2 hours more before anyone came back and came up with no answers. Then called for nurse to take out my IV. Never came and I took it out myself and left. Would like to give them zero stars. Will never go back!!!!!!
Update - I had a family member call the same line, as I'm pretty busy, they got through on the first try. Kind of wondering if they whitelist people who have met their deductible?
