Completely changed their ingredients last year, that amazing taste is gone with terrible dough, watered down sauce and tasteless toppings.

Playing shorthanded tonight, the staff was slammed. Haven't ordered in awhile that is changing after tonight, ordered the gourmet vegi delight and a Smores pizza. AWESOME!
It has ruined all other pizza places for me because now I want my pizza to be hot when I eat it. Plus I can watch them make the pizza in front of me, I like that.
I always have a great experience at your Mason City, Iowa location. Dan, the manager, is always upbeat, friendly, and professional. Last night my experience was again positive as usual. I didn't realize they closed at 9 and came in right before closing time. I felt terrible and wasn't going to order due to how close it was to closing time. Ryan assured me that it was absolutely not an issue. He said "We are open until 9! Please go ahead and order! That's what I am here for." He was so positive and happy to make my pizza. I was so impressed with his superior customer service skills! Five out of Five Stars to Dan and Ryan!
