Been meaning to post awhile ago. On December 23, 2016 @ 3:50pm, went to UPS in Mason City, Ia. From the time we walked in this girl was super sweet & helpful. Then when she asked my name & I told her (Dory), well it only got better/funny. We were so impressed with this girl. I want to thank Josi for such above excellent customer service!!!!!! I've kept my receipt just to remind me to commend her on UPS web site.

Good place but IT IS NOT A UPS STORE. Please have packaging READY and a label PRINTED because this is not the place to do all that. I'm not angry just want this message out there lol. Thanks for taking my package anyway I appreciate it guys.
