This Is a great great place and I've been loosing so much weight by going here and feeling comfortable with the people I'm around !! It's a nice place to be
A fun, safe place for a quick workout or to get more involved in fitness classes.
The YMCA is great for adults but I would not recommend the kids summer camp program. All the staff seem like they are hungover everyday and are very inconvenienced if it means them getting off their butt to be courteous and respectful. I have never seen any of them smile since I have been there!
Prolly one of the best YMCA's around, the weight room is wide open, usually clean and clutter free. I'd give this place 100 stars if I could, compared to the YMCA's in Des Moines
