Just had a great breakfast at the newly remodeled mason city location. Service was fast and friendly. The new menu was amazing and the restaurant looks great!
Waited 45 min for food, but they were extremely busy, excusable bit when order comes out wrong and cold very bothersome!!! Staff very inconsiderate except for asst. manager she was great and understanding!!!
We waited around an hour for them to take our order and the servers didn't even acknowledge us! They just kept walking by us and ignoring us. Eventually when they gave us our food they got my order wrong and our server blamed it on us even though I said exactly what I wanted. Very ridiculous service. It's a joke trying to eat there.
Super salt had dry food.... waited 20 minutes just to have my order take ... normal good. I guess it's better to come to a breakfast joint at night ..
