Owners do not really care about this place, or the people who live there. Promises never kept,and they strong -arm you into doing what they want.
Safe, cheap place to live. Trailer park is also aesthetically pleasing.
I went to visit my girlfriend and my truck got towed. What the f is up with that?!!! Signs say ya can't park street side but nothing says ya can't park on the driveway of a vacant lot. I think a lawsuit is in order to recoup my losses.
The area of the trailer park is ok if u drive but it is only close to a few places. Its very dark at night and if you are unfamiliar with the area you get lost easily. I wouldn't recommend renting or buying a home there. Plus there are a lot of police calls to this area. It's known as "Gracious Mistakes!"
