Sara is very smart, helpful and able to make you feel at ease. She makes looking and choosing so stress free. I had never done anything like this. I needed to pick out flooring for kitchen and living room that would accommodate us, our 2 dogs and 4 cats. We picked out flooring that my husband and I are super happy with. But the praise does not end there. We had installers James and Sean. Although they had to start 2 days later than scheduled. When they came they were timely and ready to go. They were very easy to talk to and explained a lot of things we needed to do that was best for our floor. I talk and asked way too many questions but they always took the time to explain things to me and with a smile. They laid our floor in decent time and we are really happy with the way it turned out. Again, having never done this before I have also never been the one to see it through. My husband usually does this. He had to work, so I was left to deal' I loved they way the guys treated me. They were very respectful, nice and willing to explain and answer all my questions. All in all, Sara, James and Sean came in way above my expectations. They definitely deserve fives across the board, Thank You.
My dog is still eating staples their installers left all over the house. High price and subpar installation.
Overall, we had a great experience. They worked with us on getting an affordable quote and the installation went smoothly. We have gone with Flooring America twice now and both times we were very pleased. They are pleasant and easy to work with and the installers were friendly and did a nice job.
If we were able to give zero stars would be more like it. Worst installation of flooring ever. Rude installers, owner is shockingly unhelpful.
