After waiting months for my patio to be replaced, I'm told a day after they were to start the job that they aren't going to do it. Mr. Kuppinger says he doesn't like my "tone" after I lost my patience. My patio should have been done in June. Now it's too late to find a contractor before winter and I'll have to wait until next year!
