I was having online ordering issues so I call the store for some assistance and the worker, Max, was rude to say the least. It was an online deal which is how i was trying to order, but on the final step to checkout a window would pop-up that said "null". Max told me to try ordering again online, so i immediately did, but it wouldnt go through because they were closed. So i call back, he answers the phone stating they are closed, and i say, i just spoke with you and im not able to place that order online for tonight. He said yeah we are closed, i asked him why he just told me to reorder online then?? All that nonsense I went thru and i didnt even get an apology for the initial online issues. He acted like he was doing me a big favor by placing the order at full price. No thanks Max.
Delivery driver is a P.O.S. My pizza was $14.42. I have him 2 -10's he handed me the pizza and just started walking away. I always give a tip to the driver, but not 5 and change. I call the manager and all she said is "I'll talk to him". I will never order from Dominos again. They make you feel like you owe them extra.
Mason City Dominos always delivers quickly and accurately. Ordering online is a huge plus.
We received our food in a timely manner. It was hot and delicious along with great friendly service. Zachary was very pleasant.
