The driver had no sense of direction. It took 30 minutes and 5 phone calls for them to find our residence. The cost of the food was refunded but the experience left me feeling unhappy. Ruining the comfort food I was craving.
They price gouge their customers $0.75 for an extra marinara sauce when I ordered a family-size the breadsticks and they only gave me 2 begin with

Took the kids there for the buffet yesterday. We were sat in the back and it was freezing they had a space heater plugged in but it did not work. The buffet didn't have much to choose from pretty much cold pasta no breadsticks and just a few pizzas pretty much all all the same thing combinations. The salad bar the tomatoes didn't taste right and it was never filled. After 20 minutes they finally started to slowly fill everything back up. I think the buffet is over priced and a waste of time!
