If you have a pet then chances are you know what I am talking about. If you are looking for a pet then this is a great place to get one. They have helpful guides for whatever pet you want to get and the staff will always help you. They offer parakeets, mice, gerbils, multiple types of hamsters, ferrets, and sometimes cats that are up for adoption.
Good experience at store but like I said the pricing of dog food is crazy.
If you are having trouble getting help here then try looking near the back of the store. You will almost always find someone there. The Cashier may not be able to help you due to a store policy (Must be able to see the cash register at all times). However, they can call someone else up.
The price of dog food is too much. It's not just crazy here but everywhere the pricing is too much.
Chick at the register the last two times has had a horrible attitude. Seems like she really hates her job, makes a person not want to go there just to stay away from that kind of negativity. Very judgemental and snotty looks, not helpful or knowledgeable at all. The other employee working was overly helpful, freindly, and a delightful woman. The prices are a bit high but its always a delight having a store you can take your pet in with you. Ranked 3 star just for the high prices and unpleasurable employee.
I had excellent customer service. I had my daughter with me, so the person helping me carried the food to the check out and then even too my car. That was 5 star.
Normally helpful staff, prices are a bit higher then other pet stores. Clean, well stocked shelves with a nice variety of pet foods for cats and dogs. The variety of foods for other small animals in limited.

Massive selection of food, toys, etc for every pet. They seem to cycle it every season so there is always something new there. I would highly recommend getting a PALS card due to a high number of great exclusive deals. The deals can range from 10% off to 80% off. There are also a lot of buy X get Y amount free.
