I appreciate that they try to be friendly but when there are ten people waiting to be helped, chit chatting without doing anything with the current customer is frustrating. Keep it moving! Also, workers helping people also answer the phone, keeping people waiting even longer.
If you are upset by the crowd and length of time u will have to wait, I suggest going to the other location across from the highschool. As for the chit- chatting, its their job to be polite, and helpful. Cut them some slack. They are at times under staffed, but take that up with management not the techs. I try to always speak with Nick who is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable member I've worked with.
Service sucks. Data super slow won't connect
6-10 desks in the store, 2 being used. 4 customers waiting and 3 employees wondering around like they are lost
