The absolute worst customer service ever with any complaint you place you either get talked down upon hung up or constantly interrupted.. I'm pretty sure that isn't how a business should be ran if their #1 priority is customer service they should look into getting employees that can follow the business guide lines.... BETTER OFF GOIN TO RENT A CENTER
I was given a box spring with bedbugs inside of it, it had a cover on it that was supposed to keep them either inside or outside of it, but the bugs ended up getting through. I had the bed for a few weeks and had several bites. An inspector came to check the bed and agreed that they had came from aarons, they do not clean their used mattresses properly! The customer service was absolutely horrible, claiming I didn't get the bugs from them, swearing and hanging up the phone. Will NEVER go back
