Customer service and employee knowledge here are exceptional! The only real problems I have with it is that one, being a smaller location in a smaller town, they don't have quite as good a selection for me (I primarily shop for computer parts) and two, their prices vary wildly. Some items they have great deals on and are super affordable, other items I find unfortunately overpriced. Overall, it is a good place to shop for electronics and I would recommend it, just be aware of what you are looking for and be willing to compare prices.
It's Best Buy, pretty much the same as every other one. Checking out can be slow.
