I would never use this business again. The salesman lied to my wife and I about the installation price on 3 or 4 occasions. The installer they sent to our home was not punctual, worked only a few hours most days and even failed to show up on a day we had scheduled with him in advance. Then they over-billed us for the job. We had a terrible experience with this business and would not recommend Mason City Tile & Marble to anyone we know.
