Convinced my wife that we should shop local instead of big name store for better customer service, quality product, and in house maintenance..WRONG!! Our new machine has now broke down twice in less then a year and Zilges solution after telling us we would have to wait two weeks for their maintenance man to fix it was to call GE and see if they could send someone! Horrible customer service and product accountability. I will never shop there again!
Customer service at Zilges is the best. Always fair priced, fast service, and reliable. This is a very good business to work with. Highly Recommended
You can not go wrong with Zilges. The staff both in store and the service guys are amazing. Smart fast and always on time. They go out of the way to help you get your appliances fixed fast and if its not fixable they have excellent prices on a new one. Cant say enough wonderful things about them. Go there first and save yourself the trouble and wasted time on other places.
Good customer service
Zilge's service department does NOT service appliances that were NOT purchased from them. What got to me is that they now service Wolf products and when I contacted Wolf regarding an appliance, and when they suggested Zilge's, I told Wolf that I did not purchase my appliance there, and they told me that they should because it is not a clause in their contract. Well, guess what? They don't care. I had to call Wolf back and explain. Wolf called them and was told that they are 3 weeks out on service calls... I do not like companies that are so hard up for customers that they put such a restriction on their service department.
