I think i wireless is fabulous, and would recommend it to all my colleagues, including my fellow physicians with whom I have contact on a daily basis.. You are completely professional; you did not lure me with malice into a shady contract. Perhaps the above disgruntled gym teacher is so irate, because you are correct and he doesn't want to be taught his lesson: in the dark, not getting what he wants or expected; unable to contact who he needs to; feels cheated; and angry. What does he expect? A pony ride?
I was with the same provider for 20+ yrs. Since switching to I - Wireless I am happy, No more crap or crabby Sales People..or technical support persons that have no answer! I always get a polite solution! Congrats for 1 Year at the new store!
