Worked with Lou initially over the phone, she is easy work with and answered my questions about the 2011 Acura MDX we were interested in. We traded our Tahoe in, they were fair considering it was used for used. We also worked with Dan, the owner, and Steve in Finance...both are professional and got us in and out in an hour. The Acura we bought drove perfect back to Ankeny. We would work with them again and have no hesitations to refer people there.
We bought a truck from them over a month ago and have yet to recieve the title. So there for we cannot get this truck registered, which is not good considering this is my college truck to drive to Spencer 4 days a week and now i cannot drive it legally until it is registered (that is what my county told me) because the Sales Slips are only good for 30 days after the sale. Well its been past that 30 days! We have been very paitent with them but its getting to the point where im just down right upset. My husband bought a truck Motor Inn in Algona, and recieved the title and registration a week later. That just make me even more frustrated! I would not recommend going here unless you can wait and not drive your vehicle till you get the correct stuff!
