If I could rate Pritchard's 0 stars, I would. Since the new lot opened, they are not helpful and do not care if they sell vehicles. Horrible experience. The guys from the S Federal lot are missed!

Todd Meyer was my salesman and he was great. He would respond to my questions very quickly and was able to do a lot of things over the phone so we didn't waste time later. Todd was straight forward no dickering or BS that you get at many other dealerships. When dealing on my new truck I told him where I wanted to be on price he was able to come down and he also fixed the one flaw we found on the truck. I would say it was the best experience I have had at a car dealership.
