I had a wonderful experience with Mason City Nissan used car sales. I wanted to buy a used VW they had on their lot. Drove it and it had some issues. The owner who was director of service drove it and said they would not want to sell me the car based on his driving it. Said there could be issues with it. What car dealer does that? No one that I have found until now. I could have easily purchased that VW and had major issues with it down the road. I am so impressed with them!
The salesman found me another great deal on their lot and I bought a car for a fair price. I am so satisfied as a customer with the entire staff and experience. Five stars! Thank you to Chad, Adam, Brian! I love my car!!!

Even though we were not able to get our vehicle through this dealership they did everything to be able to get it all set up for us and did everything they could to get us into the vehicle our family needed.
