The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location,close to several stores,restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and beds are comfortable. The pool was fun and the hot tub was nice and warm. We had a great time there and definitely will take our business there again.
Staff just might be on drugs. Not overly attentive, spent more time being relaxed with their feet up, talking to other staff. Rooms were decent.
Good location close to food and shopping, nice staff, rooms could use an update, but they were clean, and fresh waffles for breakfast is always a plus!
Staff wasn't friendly or helpful. Dressed unprofessionally and all but one had poor grooming habits (desk clerk's). Pool down, rates high, clean tho. Front desk staff not overly professional (dark haired night girl was groomed, dressed and acted in a professional manner, the two day females did none).
Staff are always helpful and courteous, breakfast is as expected, but complete. More clean and better service than other hotels of this level.
